Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of our online IT and digital services.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request via email to support@vjwebsolutions.com.

Cancellation requests must include:

  • Client Name
  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Service Purchased
  • Reason for Cancellation

2. Cancellation Before Project Commencement

If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced:

  • The project may be cancelled.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
  • Administrative, payment gateway, and transaction charges may be deducted.

3. Cancellation After Project Commencement

Once project work has started, resources have been assigned, or consultation has been provided:

  • Cancellation requests may be accepted at our discretion.
  • Charges for completed work, allocated resources, and third-party expenses will be deducted.
  • No cancellation will be permitted for completed milestones already delivered to the client.

4. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services cannot be cancelled once purchased, activated, or initiated:

  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting Services
  • SSL Certificates
  • Software Licenses
  • SEO Campaigns already initiated
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns already launched
  • Website Development after design approval
  • Graphic Design work after delivery of concepts
  • Consulting and Advisory Services after commencement

5. Subscription-Based Services

For recurring or subscription-based services:

  • Clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless otherwise stated.

6. Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • The client violates our Terms and Conditions.
  • Required project information is not provided within a reasonable period.
  • Payments remain overdue.
  • The client engages in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
  • Service delivery becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, refunds, if any, will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred.

7. Cancellation Processing

Once a cancellation request is approved:

  • Confirmation will be sent via email.
  • Any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
