3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project commencement.
- Delay caused by the client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or materials.
- Services that have already been delivered, partially completed, or approved by the client.
- Digital marketing, SEO, advertising, and consulting services once work has commenced.
- Domain registration, hosting charges, third-party software licenses, API subscriptions, and other third-party costs.
- Customized software, websites, applications, or design work developed specifically for the client.
- Failure of expected business outcomes, rankings, traffic, sales, or revenue generation.
4. Project Cancellation
By Client
If the client cancels a project:
- Before work begins: Up to 80% refund may be issued after deducting administrative and transaction charges.
- After project commencement: Refund will be calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
- After 50% project completion: No refund will be provided.
By Company
If we cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances:
- A proportionate refund will be issued for services not delivered.
5. Refund Request Procedure
